You have probably already seen the commercials and the joined logos, soon you will see a full transition from Cingular to AT&T. You might be wondering how this is possible since a few years back Cingular Wireless bought AT&T Wireless. Well AT&T purchased Cingular's parent company SBC Communications and hence became the owner of Cingular Wireless. This will be a smooth transition and AT&T/Cingular customers will have all the great benefits, advantages and the great wireless network just as before the transaction.
Over the next few days and weeks, you will see our Cingular links and logos slowly change over to AT&T links and logos. All our offers will stay the same and there will be no difference in the phones or plans for the time being.

I didnt like Cingular but i liked the old At&t wireless. Is this new At&t the same as the former at&t wireless or Cingular wireless. What really should we expect in terms of pricing and plans and the biggest of them customer service.
