When Purchasing a Cell Phone, Can I Choose My Billing Cycle?

As with most cell phone companies, when you sign up for a line, your billing cycle is generated automatically by the activation system. A billing cycle start date is the beginning of your cell phone month and when you have your full number of minutes. A billing cycle end date is the end of your cell phone month and when your bill gets generated and your amount due is calculated.

Changing Billing Cycles
If you would like or need to change your billing cycle for whatever reason, you can call customer service and request that your billing cycle be changed to a different date, you will most likely have a say then as to when you would like it to be. Many customers change their billing cycles to have it more along the same dates as their other bills to ease paying bills.
